Requirements:

· Bachelor / Master degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Project Management from recognized university
· 7 - 9 years experience in Project Management area
· Conversant in English, both written and verbal
· Team player with high communication skills
· Advance knowledge of project management / scheduling software
· PMP certification would be an advantageous

Uraian Pekerjaan :
· Menunjang pelaksanaan kegiatan pengelolaan perusahaan rekanan terkait dengan fungsi rekrutmen.
· Mengkoordinir pelaksanaan seleksi dan kunjungan ke calon perusahaan rekanan sesuai kebutuhan.
· Memastikan updating database perusahaan rekanan dan kelengkapan dokumen pendukung berkaitan dengan pengelolaan perusahaan rekanan
sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
· Memberikan informasi dan membantu penyelesaian masalah sesuai kewenangannya.
· Membuat laporan rutin periode tertentu dan melakukan tugas administrasi sesuai lingkup tanggung-jawabnya.

Persyaratan Jabatan :
· Minimum S-1 Hukum dari universitas terkemuka, baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri.
· Pria dengan usia maksimal 30 tahun.
· Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 3 ( tiga ) tahun di bidang pengelolaan perusahaan rekanan ( vendor management ), khususnya perusahaan
rekanan penyedia jasa pekerja setingkat jabatan Clerical.
· Memahami kebijakan, ketentuan dan prosedur, termasuk isi perjanjian legal berkaitan dengan pengelolaan perusahaan rekanan.
· Mampu berbahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
· Mampu mengoperasikan MS Office secara lancar dan benar.
· Memiliki semangat berprestasi dan kepercayaan diri.
· Mampu menjalin hubungan interpersonal dan komunikasi dengan baik dan ramah.
· Mampu bekerja dalam kelompok dan dibawah tekanan dengan cepat, teliti dan sistimatis.
· Cepat dan cekatan dalam bekerja dan belajar akan hal-hal baru.
· Mempunyai minat tinggi terhadap bidang service,serta berpenampilan menarik.
